Join me in supporting DISCO, the greatest little nonprofit.

The Desert Island Supply Co. is a creative writing and publishing center located in Birmingham, AL. Their in-school program, the All-City Writers Corps, is a collective of more than 300 third-twelfth graders who participate in weekly creative writing workshops designed to unleash their imaginations. Like DISCO, I believe that writing is a very powerful tool for young people as they explore and document their worlds.
